Energy saving solutions

Den Boer Baking Systems offers several possibilities to reuse waste heat for the production of steam or hot water. Heat recovery, energy management and Ethernet improve efficiency and effectiveness of the oven. Depending on the demand of thermal and electrical energy beside the oven it can be feasible to implement a cogeneration unit.

Flue gas transformed in to steam or hot water
Flue gas can be used for transforming into hot water or steam. This transformed energy can be used for heating up your plant, cleaning purposes or additional heat capacity at thermal applications.

Oven use in combination with cogeneration
Den Baking Systems can offer a solution where a micro-turbine is combined with the space heating and the steam-production. This micro cogeneration is providing electricity in combination with thermal energy. In case of a surplus of electrical power it is possible to resell to the power supplier.

Energy management
Den Boer Baking Systems has a unique energy management system with several benefits. Accurately monitoring of gas and electrical power consumption and a better insight of machine performance. By means of Ethernet you are able to check remote your system.

Heat recovery
Supplementary to our Multi Bake R and I ovens a heat recovery system is available with a regain of energy for about 10-15% up to 30% of the total inlet power.
